At exactly 6:04 p.m. on February 18th, while you’re probably mulling over your Seamless order, the Sun moves into the zone of Pisces after a month of occupying Aquarius. So by the time your tacos show up at your door, an energy shift—from emotional detachment and logic (the Aquarius vibe) to a flood of feels that made you more introverted than usual–starts to kick in.
Consider you do you your monthlong mantra because this time of year is best for retreating, relaxing, and daydreaming. Anyone who’s a Cancer or Scorpio, both water signs like Pisces, benefits most from this change, while Virgos, Sagittariuses, and Geminis are probably feeling more tension.
Since Pisces people are very touchy-feely (shining example: the Biebs), the Sun aligning with this sign for a month means everyone is in for some serious emotions about absolutely everything.
Even if you’re a pragmatic earth sign or an easy-going air sign, you might still feel -unusually frazzled, sensitive, and -indecisive. But for better or worse, you’re now way more tuned in to your feelings and the moods of others, not to mention your own needs. Be sure to stay grounded when it’s important.
Living with your head in the clouds is nice and all, but Pisces season’s foggy Neptunian energy easily distracts you from the real world if you’re not careful.
Oh, and Mercury goes retrograde in sensitive Pisces on March 5th, bringing all kinds of tech problems, communication issues, travel delays, and scheduling mishaps—all of which make you feel extra emotional. But all you have to do is take it easy.
Pisces season is meditation season. And since Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, this is like a final period of reflection before Aries season, a time of serious goal setting, begins. Until then, everyone is pretty much just unwinding. So go ahead and cancel another happy-hour plan to stay in and binge-watch Friends.
