Twice a year, the menswear world descends upon the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy for Pitti Uomo, a.k.a. the menswear trade show. It’s where you’ll find some of the finest men’s clothes on planet Earth (Brunello Cucinelli shows there, which should tell you a lot) but most people these days know it as the place where the fashion world’s most serious peacocks come to roost. For the menswear enthusiasts that parade the trade show grounds it’s a chance to show off their most flex-worthy threads, from sorbet-colored sport coats to impeccably-cut suits and every finishing touch you can imagine (artisanal leathergoods? check. non-boring neckwear? check. pocket squares that will make you want to try wearing one again, the most beautiful brogues, and rarified watches? check, check, and check). Here are the guys who impressed us at the Olympics of men’s street style this time around.
